Pollard caught six passes for 56 yards in the blowout over Atlanta last week and he’s going to get even more work against Kansas City. The Chiefs are going to make sure their safeties stay deep to prevent Dallas’ wide receivers from catching balls over the top. That will leave a ton of room for Pollard on short and intermediate throws.
The end result will be Pollard flirting with 10 catches for 75+ yards. His ability to produce yards after the catch will be the difference between a good and great outing for the versatile running back. The Chiefs’ defense needs to make sure they don’t forget about him if they want to slow down the Dallas attack.
