Dolphins have real chance to make playoffs with their schedule

After a dominant win over the Carolina Panthers, the Miami Dolphins look like a team who could sneak into the postseason.

Don’t look now,  but here come the Miami Dolphins. After starting the season an abysmal 1-7, Miami has turned things around and they’ve now won four consecutive games. Who in the world saw this coming?

On Sunday, Miami took it to Carolina, recording a 33-10 win. The defense was sensational, while Tua Tagovailoa, Jaylen Waddle and Co. did their thing on offense. With Miami now at 5-7, could we end up seeing them in the playoffs?

Tua Tagovailoa is silencing all of his haters with some great play

When you take a look at Miami’s remaining schedule, they’re sure got some favorable matchups coming up. Next week, they’ll take on the struggling New York Giants. After that, the Dolphins will have showdowns with Jets, Saints and Titans before closing out the regular season against the Patriots.

While that showdown with New England is going to be tough, the Dolphins very well could win the rest of their contests. Say that happens and they end the season 9-8. Miami could indeed push themselves into the playoffs. Who knows, maybe even 8-9 could be enough too.

As things stand, Miami is on the outside looking in, but they could keep the momentum going and record some big wins. It will be on Tagovailoa to keep stepping his game up, but fans have been encouraged from what they’ve seen from him lately.

In the win over Carolina, Tagovailoa tossed for 230 yards and a touchdown to Waddle. In last week’s win over the Jets, he threw for more than 270 yards and two scores. Tagovailoa has silenced plenty of his haters and he’ll hope to keep things that way.
