Make sure the “Always allow rule locations” switch is turned on at the top of the screen. Find the line that asks you to run the function in the background. When you see it, tap it, then tap Allow in the confirmation that appears. Take a break and take a sip of the nearest carbonated drink. Tap Add Rule to see the options.
